Organizations
Formware Organizations let you structure your team, control access, and manage collaboration across multiple workspaces.
With Organizations, you can assign roles, manage permissions, and decide who can view, edit, or administer forms, submissions, and integrations. This makes it easier to scale teams while keeping sensitive data and settings secure.
Organizations are the foundation of collaboration in Formware, especially for teams working across multiple projects, departments, or clients.
Organizations
Section titled “Organizations”Organizations control access, roles, and overall team structure in Formware. They define who can manage members, billing, and workspace creation.
Workspaces
Section titled “Workspaces”Workspaces are where teams build and manage forms. They define who can create, edit, or view forms and submissions within a specific project or team area.
Workspace permissions let you separate work by project or department while still operating under a single organization.
