About us

In the summer of 2024 we decided to start building the simplest way to create forms, for free. As a frequent user of online forms, we were not satisfied with the basic features provided by common free tools like Google Forms, and the pricing of other products in the market felt way too prohibitive, especially those offering volume based pricing. That’s when we decided to build a our own form builder that allows anyone to you to create beautiful, elegant and responsive multi-page forms without breaking the bank.

We are self-made

Formware is proudly independent, bootstrapped and self-funded. Instead of raising money, we run a profitable business supported by our users’ subscription fees. Being independent allows us to grow at our own pace, and make choices independently in the best interest of our users.

We are a small team of five, working with great enthusiasm, sharpness and synergy. Our hundred percent focus is on our product to stay on the top-of the list of the customers, while keeping our product infrastructure, and security measures as per industry-grade.

We are creating Formware for everyone. Formware enables anyone with access to the internet to collect any type of data and automate workflows, in a budget-friendly way, and without writing a single line of code.

We value data privacy and we strive the keep the highest standards of cybersecurity guardrails. Any response filled by respondents is only visible to the form owner, including any file uploads. Our systems are secure and do not have any data leaks.
